- Our fundamental principle of operation is that orders received by 2:00pm are despatched that same day by overnight carrier. We use UPN pallet freight, UPS courier and ordinary post (for small low value items).
- We provide considerable telephone technical support to our customers.
- We do not supply assembled equipment as we consider this would place us in the position of potentially competing with our own customers
